T he condo is situated on a 2 block wide spit that separates the ocean beach from Mission Bay. Mission Beach is a continuous 3 mile stretch of clean, soft sand. And Mission Bay is itself an incredible scenic water playland.
And all this is still only 5 minutes from Sea World, and 20 minutes from the airport, downtown, the zoo, La Jolla, and many other attractions.
The unit is comfortably and newly furnished in a classic contemporary style. It was designed with the ocean in mind. You have spectacular views from all the main living areas. And the master bedroom faces the ocean, featuring a large window ocean view.
The kitchen has all you need for cooking a gourmet meal to baking a pie. Serving for 8 is provided along with lots of sizes of pots and pans, storage bins, utensils, etc.
Sunset Sands is located directly on 3 continuous miles of beautiful Mission Beach. The beach is large, not crowded and very clean. The surf is exhilarating to play in, with or without the boogie boards. And the sunsets are unforgettable.
The neighborhood is friendly, and is a wonderful mix of people. You see surfers, retirees, families on vacation, young couples holding hands, and everything in between. The holiday or "laid back' atmosphere prevails. You will find everything you need during your stay in the immediate area.
