The house has a king, queen and two trundle beds (these beds can be either sleep two singles on different levels or make into queen size beds). All wood, linens, kitchen supplies and bedding are provided for your convenience as well as a washer and dryer. Portable crib can be made available on request.

| Rates |
$125 per Day for two adults, $10 extra per night for each additional guest. A 10% discount is given for reservations of 7 nights or more. Cleaning fee is $75 for each stay and an additional $25 refundable security deposit is required upon reservation.
