Some special features include cathedral ceilings and warm wood floors throughout, completely equipped kitchen, cable TV/VCR, CD player, telephone, toasty wood stove with glass door for dinners by firelight, The home features a south-facing protected back deck with table, lounges and barbeque for grilling.   Location 2 Bedroom home, 1bath, sleeps 8 - is conveniently located between Fort Bragg (5 minutes away) and the Village of Mendocino (10 minutes away). Located 1/4 mile from the beach, the home is also close to state parks (Jug Handle, Russian Gulch, Van Damm and McKerricher) which are especially great for hiking, biking and beach access.     Amenities Some special features include cathedral ceilings and warm wood floors throughout, completely equipped kitchen, cable TV/VCR, CD player, telephone, toasty wood stove with view screen for dinners in firelight, and a back deck with table lounges and barbeque for grilling. All linens, cookware, dishware, washer & dryer provided. The house has a king, queen and two trundle beds (these beds can be either sleep two singles on different levels or make into queen size beds). All wood, linens, kitchen supplies and bedding are provided for your convenience as well as a washer and dryer. Portable crib can be made available on request.     Activities The home is located 1/4 mile from the beach, and is also close to state parks (Jug Handle, Russian Gulch, Van Damm and McKerricher) which are especially great for hiking, biking and beach access. The Botanical gardens is 1 mile away. Many special events in the town of Mendocino or in Fort Bragg throughout the year.     Rates $125 per Day for two adults, $10 extra per night for each additional guest. A 10% discount is given for reservations of 7 nights or more.
