There is a two car attached garage with opener, and a 25 ft. space for two more cars or a boat/trailer. The romantically isolated MASTER BEDROOM has king size bed, cable TV, cozy fireplace and walk-in closet. The MASTER BATHROOM features oversized tub, separate shower, twin sinks, separate W.C. The FULLY EQUIPPED GOURMET KITCHEN, (tile, granite, maple) has microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, island, and eating area. Home is ideally located in the central Oceanside beach district. It is only a short three-block walk to the beach, pier, mega theater complex, skateboard park, restaurants, rail station, library, shops and one block to minimart.
The town of Oceanside is situated on Interstate 5 conveniently accessible to popular leisure attractions from Los Angeles, to San Diego, to the Mexican border. It has one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California. According to a leading travel magazine, Oceanside has the best all around yearly beach climate on the west coast. It is a choice beach for world class surfing contests.
Fun Places to visit: Legoland fun park is ten minutes away. It is one hour to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and one half hour to San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, Coronado Island. Del Mar racetrack is only twenty minutes away. Also, you can take day trips to Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain and mountain resort town of Julian. There are several good golf courses nearby, including the world class La Costa and Torrey Pines.
